St. Joseph’s has a healty eating policy to not only educate children on having a healthy diet but to also help with concentration. After all, learning is hard work and having the right nutrition and being properly hydrated help us in our work.
Lunch should consist of a sandwich, a piece of fruit and a healthy snack or treat like a breakfast bar. There should also be a drink: water or juice.
The following are not allowed: sweets, chocolate (including chocolate spread), crisps and popcorn, fizzy drinks and sports or energy drinks.
